Goals:
The first goal of this tutorial is to see how quickly can the average person bring up a small business website to show off a basic business profile.
This portion of the test case will only bring the site online and develop a couple base landing pages.
Of course all of the suggestions have multiple different ways to perform and competing tools to use.

Domain Name – $5.99 - 11.99 from GoDaddy.com (Why use GoDaddy.com)
Recommended Tools:
1. Blogger – Free from Google
2. Multi Pc screens – (Low cost pc upgrade, Speeds website development).
3. Windows Live writer – Free Download
Steps
1. Purchase Your domain through GoDaddy.com
2. Sign up for a free account with Google if you do not already have one.
3. Download and install windows live essentials “Windows Writer” tool.
4. Create your blog using blogger.
